The Centre for interdisciplinary research in rehabilitation and social integration (CIRRIS)/ Centre intégré universitaire de santé et de services sociaux research team is currently conducting a study evaluating the potential of a powered wheelchair driving simulator as a clinical tool in rehabilitation context. By filling out this questionnaire, you will help us document the perceptions and opinions of occupational therapists and clinical program stakeholders, for whom this simulator is intended.

To complete this survey, you must be working in a rehabilitation center and:

  • Work as an occupational therapist and have current or past experience related to powered wheelchair training, for one year or more, with adults or elderly;

OR

  • Work as a clinical program director, in a program in which occupational therapists provide powered wheelchair training for adults or elderly.

It takes about 15 to 20 minutes to watch a video describing the simulator and complete the questionnaire. To access the survey, click on the following link: https://www.limesurvey.cifss.ulaval.ca/index.php/993848/lang-en.
