RESNA’s Professional Standards Board (PSB) regularly reviews the ATP certification program in order to maintain the program’s high standards.  As a result, the PSB has added eligibility information for those candidates with a Master’s Degree or higher in Special Education or Rehabilitation Science, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Special Education.  This means that candidates with these degrees have corresponding work experience requirements in line with their educational training.  Please note that candidates approved for the exam prior to April 1st, 2012, do not have to reapply.
