The Rehabilitation Engineering Society of North America (RESNA) is pleased to announce a partnership agreement with the National Mobility Equipment Dealers Association (NMEDA). As a Platinum Premier Corporate Partner, NMEDA will continue to engage with RESNA members as a valued and trusted assistive technology and rehabilitation partner through year-round educational, social and awareness activities. The agreement marks the latest step in cooperation between the two organizations, who have worked together for many years.

“We couldn’t be happier to sign an official partnership with RESNA,” said NMEDA CEO, Danny Langfield.  “The goals of our organizations align themselves extremely well and we are excited to take our work with RESNA to the next level and help them continue to accomplish their mission of promoting the health and well-being of people with disabilities through increasing access to technology solutions.”

“My thanks to Danny and his team at NMEDA for their continuing support of RESNA,” said RESNA Executive Director Andrea Van Hook. “For years, we’ve enjoyed significant overlap in members and cooperative activities. I’m excited about working together on a consistent basis to increase awareness of the different mobility options available to people with disabilities in their communities.”
